Tony Berthelet P.Eng., PMP, CEC
I believe coaching enhances the quality of life for both the individual being coached and the coach in that it enables people to operate at their full capacity with joy and confidence. Coaching through powerful conversations unlocks hidden potential. Coaching assists people in being more effective within their organization and personal life. My style is forthright and compassionate and seeks to foster personal growth.
I bring over 25 years of Energy Sector experience and over 15 years of senior leadership experience at various roles including COO and CEO roles. I served on public Board of Directors at various Junior E&P companies. I have spent my entire career as a student of leadership development, mentoring and coaching at all previous organizations. I have developed and facilitated corporate strategy session agendas, corporate culture workshops, and have done extensive executive one on one and group coaching within my leadership teams. I am currently providing coaching to a variety of clients including the United Way as part of their GAIN program. I completed the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (GCEC) at Royal Roads University and am a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGA. I am a Certified Practitioner in EQi 2.0 and EQ 360 and hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with PMI, showcasing my commitment to excellence in leadership development and project management.
I am an active musician playing in several bands in the Calgary area. In the summer, I can be found wandering up to an alpine lake to fly fish. I am an avid backpacker and mountain biker and generally enjoy being outdoors. I am also a proud citizen of the Otipemisiwak Métis Government: The Government of the Métis Nation within Alberta.
